By accessing, browsing, and using our website or any of our applications available through platforms (“the Website”) and/or making a reservation, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions detailed below (including the section regarding privacy).
These pages, their content, structure, infrastructure, and the online booking service for activities, excursions, and parties that we provide through this website (the “Service”) are owned and operated by Glowly Platforms LLC (“Glowly Platforms,” ”us,” “we,” or “our”). They may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the terms and conditions specified herein.
Scope of Our Service
Through this website, Glowly Platforms LLC and its affiliates provide an online platform through which activity, tour, and event providers offer their products, and users can make reservations.
By making a reservation through Glowly Platforms LLC, you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the establishment you have booked. From the moment of booking, we act as an intermediary between you and the provider, transmitting reservation information to the establishment and sending you booking confirmations on their behalf.
The information we display is based on information provided by the providers. While we try to ensure our service is as accurate as possible, we cannot verify or guarantee that all information is accurate, complete, or correct. We are not responsible for errors (such as typographical errors), interruptions (due to temporary server outages or site maintenance), incorrect or misleading information, or lack of information.
The provider is responsible at all times for the accuracy of the information (descriptions, rates, availability) appearing on our website.
Our services are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, use, copy, monitor, display, download, or reproduce the content, information, software, products, or services available on our website for commercial or competitive purposes.
Prices and Minimum Price Guarantee
The prices appearing on our website are in US dollars and are subject to taxes, unless otherwise indicated.
All prices include taxes and are subject to change. You will be notified of any price changes before confirming your reservation.
Cancellation, No-Show, and Payment Late Payments Policy
By making a reservation, you agree to the cancellation and no-show policy (failure to show up for the tour without prior notice), as well as any additional terms that may affect your reservation.
“No-Show” refers to failure to show up for the booked tour without sufficient advance notice (24 hours). If you do not show up or cancel within 24 hours, the reservation amount will not be refunded.
If you purchased cancellation insurance during the booking process, the conditions are as follows:
Cancellation with more than 24 hours’ notice: full refund of the reservation.
No Show: the remaining amount will not be charged.
Cancellation insurance not purchased: There will be no refund for cancellations, and a “no show” fee will apply if you do not show up.
Date Changes and Changes Due to Force Majeure
If you have purchased cancellation insurance, you can change the date of your reservation with at least 24 hours’ notice and make up to two date changes. If the tour is affected by weather conditions, you can choose to reschedule it or cancel it with a full refund.
If you have not purchased insurance, you cannot change the date of your tour, but if the tour is affected by justified weather conditions, the date will be changed or you can request cancellation without a refund.
Paying the remaining balance of a tour with a bank card
Paying the remaining balance of a tour with a bank card at the destination may incur a 10% to 18% surcharge, depending on the recipient, due to bank fees applied by payment gateways.
